This CD is the ultimate result of years of composing and working together with a new generation of splendid musicians. During the months of April, May and June 2021 three live concerts were recorded and broadcasted in the Ringtheater (Hamme). This was a heart warming cooperation with an astonishing result. The compositions are an anthology of my oeuvre. Each work has its history and has originated mostly as a complement to a growing repertoire of Belgian (accordion)music.

Eddy Flecijn (°1962) is mostly active as composer, teacher, accordionist and bandoneon player. His appointment as major teacher for accordion and chamber music at the LUCA School of Arts (campus Lemmens in Leuven, the cooperation with ‘De Verenigde Cultuurfabrieken – De Rode Pomp’ (Ghent), taking part in national and international contests, the commissions and teaching have lead to a big part of his compositions.
